Abstract
The article is focused on studying the role of motivating environment, based on significance of human and intellectual capital and being as an instrument to increase effectiveness of innovation process in organization. The article has methodology and survey results from representatives of Russian medium and large enterprises in context of estimating innovation level and peculiarities of motivating environment elements realization. The article has conclusion according to which innovation-oriented corporate culture is built on rule of internal competition encouragement and independent planning activities; creativity potential is realized in frames of personnel selection by entrepreneural and initiative abilities; innnovation infrastructure is formed by active feedback; atmosphere of motives and incentives to innovation is supported by material motivation methods.
