Transformation of Institute of Local Self-Management in Conditions of Construction of Vertical of Power

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects of development of institute of local self-management in conditions of finishing of municipal reform. The weak spots of the carried out transformations in the system of local self-management are analyzed. The special attention is given to the question of possible cancellation of electiveness of the heads of municipal bodies.
