Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the aspects of globalization processes that is to subcultural trends which owing to the scientific and technological advance and information revolution have obtained certain political opportunities. Squatters, antiglobalists, pacifists, role players, and many regional trends went far and showed themselves to be new actors of the international relations who are capable to influence economy, culture, and history of the world.
