Parliamentarism in Russia and Ukraine: Guaranties of Development

Abstract

The article describes the system of guaranties of parliamentarism which ensures forming, activity and interaction between state power bodies and parliaments in Russia and Ukraine. General social and judicial guaranties of parliamentarism which forms the basis for building and full-fledged functioning of parliaments are listed and analyzed. And these guaranties are viewed as important conditions to let parliamentarism develop.
