Religious Phenomenon and Phenomenological Cognition: Problem of Paradigmatic Choice

Abstract

The article is devoted to an acute problem of searching for new approaches to the study of religion. Those approaches should correspond to changing scientific and social conditions. The researcher considers phenomenology a promising direction, and reflects upon its various interpretations paying special attention to ontological aspects.
