Аннотация
Эндометриоидная болезнь (ЭБ) носит мультифакторный характер этиопатогенеза. Поскольку контроль тканевого гемостаза у человека обеспечивается иммунной системой, представляется очевидным, что в основе нарушений своевременной элиминации измененных клеток из организма лежат иммунологические нарушения. Следовательно, в основе эндометриоза должны лежать иммунные нарушения. Статья посвящена существующим в настоящее время проблемам и спорным вопросам в отношении патогенеза наружного генитального эндометриоза. В обзоре представлены данные отечественных и зарубежных исследований, а также собственный взгляд на проблему, перспективы и возможные пути ее решения.
