Abstract
Authors has developed algorithm of surgical treatment of the abdominal wall hernias, based on using the modern non-fixation mesh. This algorithm includes different surgical approaches (open and endoscopic) for inguinal and ventral hernias using polypropylene and polylactic acid mesh.
