Immigration Policy of Spain in the Context of Problems of Ceuta and Melilla in the 90-ies of XX century

This article analyzes the migration policy of Spain in the context of immigration processes from Morocco through the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, which are the territory of the European Union.
