Export Support System in the Russian Federation: Institutional Framework and Challenges for Export Development

The aim of the present article is to study the RF export support system institutions; identify its defects and their affects on export development. The study is based on regulations and designated periodicals' analysis. Disunity and lack of coordination in the RF export support system as well as lack of its core elements have extremely negative influence on level and quality of state export support. This fact places Russian industrial companies under unequal conditions in comparison with foreign competitors in foreign markets.
