Towards the governing of global processes

Abstract

The new system of global governance is built in accordance with network principle. The article contains analyzes of the “controlled chaos” phenomenon and its impact on the struggle for power in the world nowadays. The author believes that the processes of interdependence are forcing the world's elite to have supranational obligations.
