COOPERATION OF RUSSIA WITH THE COUNTRIES OF THE CCASPG IN THE WORLD EDUCATIONAL MARKET
Abstract
In article position of the Arab Gulf States and Russia in the world market of services of the higher education is analyzed. Every year the number of foreign students continues to grow in the world steadily. Russia and Council of cooperation of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf (CCASPG) are significant participants of the world educational market, however, cooperation in this sphere is developed not sufficiently. An objective of this research is identification of the key directions in the higher education in which Russia and Gulf States could develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
RUSSIAN-BAHRAINI COOPERATION IN THE FINANCIAL AND ENTERPRISE SPHERE: FEATURES, ADVANTAGES AND PROSPECTS
Abstract
At the moment, despite geopolitical instability in the world, Russia continues searches of reliable partners for multilateral cooperation that causes relevance of article. In article features of interaction of Russia and Bahrain in financial and bank spheres are analyzed. Due to tax system of Bahrain, favorable for legal entities, the author considers prospects of cooperation in the enterprise sphere, other advantages of business in Bahrain.
THE IMPROVEMENT OF NORMATIVE LEGAL BASE OF THE SYSTEM OF STATE MANAGEMENT IN THE PURCHASING POWER OF FUNDS
Abstract
In the article the question of legal regulation of the purchasing power of funds. As a result of theoretical research identified opportunities for improvement of legal framework of the system of state management in the purchasing power of funds in a self-sufficient economic space of the studied group of States. The proposed new system of legal regulation of the purchasing power of financial means to ensure the efficient handling of a single regional currency in the economic area group of countries under investigation. These theoretical studies are of practical interest to researchers of the financial and legal fields.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN OIL FIELD INDUSTRY IN TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC SANCTIONS
Abstract
In article prospects of development of the domestic market of oilfield service services in the conditions of the international economic sanctions are considered. The analysis of current state of the studied branch is carried out, difficulties which the Russian petroservice meets at this stage of the development are in detail described. The separate attention in article is paid to studying of influence of the international economic sanctions on the future of the market of oilfield service services of Russia, and also domestic oil and gas branch in general. Sanctions are considered as a possibility of strengthening of cooperation of Russia with the states of Council of cooperation of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf in the market of oilfield service services, possible vectors of development of such cooperation are given.
