YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT AS HIDDEN FACTOR OF THE THREAT TO SECURITY OF KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract

The state-of-the-art review of current state of the market of youth work of Kyrgyzstan is presented in the publication. The author designated problem areas of a state policy in the sphere of youth involvement in world process of a production of work. Also in article actions and recommendations about improvement of a situation are given in youth labor market and improvement of the mechanism of regulation of the market. The author gives the deep structural analysis of an internal and external situation with employment in Kyrgyzstan, opens the characteristic features inherent in national labor market of youth of Kyrgyzstan.

WITH REGARD TO THE EVALUATION OF INNOVATION PROJECTS'S PERFORMANCE IN RUSSIA

Abstract

In modern conditions of building an innovative economy in Russia in the first place, in our opinion, need to be addressed institutional and methodological issues related to the implementation of the project approach to the management of innovative projects. Today, the most acute is the problem of assessing the effectiveness of innovative projects. This article analyzes the existing methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects, as well as proposed and justified principles of the analysis of their effectiveness.

Author has made a number of findings, in particular, it was found that one of the components of success in the implementation of innovative projects is to support the state, which should be paid great attention to the protection of intellectual property rights, the development of a rigid system of law enforcement the public policy of copyright protection. It is noted that the existing Russian technology business effectiveness evaluation, as a rule, do not take into account the specifics of business processes with respect to high-tech companies.

In article current trends and the directions in research of macroeconomic influence of a monetary policy, feature of development of economic concepts are considered, theoretical components of the analysis of influence of monetary policy on dynamics of macroeconomic indicators are presented. FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF HSBC AND STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF BANK

Abstract

In article the problem of a role and a place of multinational corporation in the international economic relations, instruments of distribution of their services in other countries on the example of the Hong Kong-Shanghai bank corporation (HSBC) is considered. Any multinational corporation (including HSBC) owing to the nature is capable in itself to have impact on system of the international economic relations, and in total the largest world multinational corporations, having the general platform for association and implementation of the interests, are already capable to have considerable impact on the international scene, developing the consolidated decisions. Activity HSBC and the mechanism of its work at the international level allows to see the amplifying role of the international banking sector in system of the international economic relations at the present stage.

DELIBERATE BANKRUPTCY OF THE ENTERPRISES AS FACTOR OF DECREASE IN THE TAX INCOME OF THE BUDGET

Abstract

In article the question of short-reception of means in the budget in connection with bankruptcy of the enterprises is considered. In work the conclusion is drawn on need of fight against the phenomenon of deliberate bankruptcy. Option of fight is creation of the interdepartmental commissions tracing a condition of the market subjects which are directly interacting with public authorities and local governments that will lead to reduction of short-reception of means in the budget, to reduction of bankruptcy of the enterprises in general and impossibility of deliberate bankruptcy.
