In article the problem of a role and a place of multinational corporation in the international economic relations, instruments of distribution of their services in other countries on the example of the Hong Kong-Shanghai bank corporation (HSBC) is considered. Any multinational corporation (including HSBC) owing to the nature is capable in itself to have impact on system of the international economic relations, and in total the largest world multinational corporations, having the general platform for association and implementation of the interests, are already capable to have considerable impact on the international scene, developing the consolidated decisions. Activity HSBC and the mechanism of its work at the international level allows to see the amplifying role of the international banking sector in system of the international economic relations at the present stage.
В статье рассматривается проблема роли и места ТНК в международных экономических отношениях, инструменты распространения их услуг в других странах на примере Гонконг-шанхайской банковской корпорации (HSBC). Любая ТНК (в том числе HSBC) в силу своей природы способна сама по себе оказывать влияние на систему международных экономических отношений, а в совокупности крупнейшие мировые ТНК, имея общую платформу для объединения и осуществления своих интересов, способны уже оказывать значительное влияние на международной арене, вырабатывая консолидированные решения. Деятельность HSBC и механизм её работы на международном уровне позволяет увидеть усиливающуюся роль международного банковского сектора в системе международных экономических отношений на современном этапе.
