WITH REGARD TO THE EVALUATION OF INNOVATION PROJECTS'S PERFORMANCE IN RUSSIA

Abstract

In modern conditions of building an innovative economy in Russia in the first place, in our opinion, need to be addressed institutional and methodological issues related to the implementation of the project approach to the management of innovative projects. Today, the most acute is the problem of assessing the effectiveness of innovative projects. This article analyzes the existing methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects, as well as proposed and justified principles of the analysis of their effectiveness.

Author has made a number of findings, in particular, it was found that one of the components of success in the implementation of innovative projects is to support the state, which should be paid great attention to the protection of intellectual property rights, the development of a rigid system of law enforcement the public policy of copyright protection. It is noted that the existing Russian technology business effectiveness evaluation, as a rule, do not take into account the specifics of business processes with respect to high-tech companies.
