Abstract

The paper reveals the features of the use of protective mechanisms to prevent the loss of the exclusive right to innovation in the automotive industry. The object of the article is the safety of technological innovations. The subject - the mechanisms of ensuring the safety of innovative products in the domestic automotive industry. The purpose of the work is to describe methods of providing innovations in the automotive industry. The work was carried out within the framework of the neoinstitutional approach using methods of textual, retrospective analysis, analysis of statistics and general methods of analysis and synthesis. The structure of the article corresponds to the deductive principle.

The author examines the legal problems of the use of artificial intelligence in business and social processes. THE ANALYSIS OF THE SHADOW BANK TURN IN RUSSIA

Abstract

In article problem researches which are connected with bank and economic risks of a shadowing, a turn of financial resources are stated. The possibility of introduction an effective system of financial control and creation of uniform mega-regulator as uniform body of supervision of regulation of business in the financial sphere for the purpose of ensuring its transparency is proved. Also article contains the analysis of regulation of "shadow banking" in Russia. Types of shadow banking, special vehicles, microfinance companies are analyzed.

ANALYSIS OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF THE RUSSIAN COMPANIES OF THE SPHERE OF THE RETAIL

Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of competitive advantages and competitiveness of two largest companies of the sphere of a retail of Russia: PJSC Magnit and X5 Retail Group N.V. In work short characteristics of these companies are given, the main competitive advantages are revealed and factors of increase in competitiveness of the enterprises are defined. The analysis strong and weaknesses by method of creation of the petal chart as indicator of development of competitive advantages of the company is carried out. The author has revealed major factors of competitiveness of the Magnit and X5 Retail Group companies.

Abstract

In article possibilities of development of industrial clusters in the countries of Central Asia are investigated. On the basis of the analysis of international experience and conceptual bases of a clustering, authors come to a conclusion that development of clusters in the industry of the countries of the region, including on the basis of regional interaction, can become one of tools for achievement of long-term sustainable development of the countries of the region. The clustering can promote formation of new competitive advantages also. It is for this purpose important how through joint efforts, and at the level of the certain countries of the region to promote increase in the level of development of weaker countries, including within integration process.

DEOFFSHORIZATION CONTRIBUTION IN ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article highlights the main threats of offshorization to the state economic security. The article notes that the trend of expanding offshore operations is typical for international business and the world economy as a whole. The article explain the main causes of offshorization and the main features of the offshore economy.Activities aimed at combating tax evasion and the concealment of companies’ beneficiary owners.It was made the assessment of Russian economy offshorization scale. The main threats are noted. The scale of capital flight from Russian economy signals the high levels of threats to economic security and the need to develop mechanisms to de-offshorization. The article suggests a complex of measures aimed at de-offshorization of the Russian economy.
