Abstract

The research of evolution of privatization process in the Russian Federation from the legal and economic side is presented in article. Gradual improvement of the legislation and positive influence of this process on the social and economic system of Russia is shown. The author, however, notes that process of privatization isn't complete and requires further attention of the legislation.
