The process of self-organization of the financial system and methods of its research
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the self-organization of the country's financial system. The author analyzes the work of other authors on this issue, describes scientific methods for studying the synergistic effect on the financial system: both traditional (statistical methods, causal relationship of variables and statistical correlation) and unconventional modern method - artificial neural networks. This systematic approach to the study of synergistic effect allows to use many mathematical models, which can be considered as alternative ways to develop the financial system. These paths are formed at bifurcation points, where the attractors act as a departure point. In this regard, according to the author, it seems promising to consider the laws of the functioning of the financial system in the Russian Federation from the point of view of a synergistic approach in the formation of financial potential, which manifests itself through the functioning of the financial market and its influence on the financial, banking system at the level of the Russian Federation. Author in study refers to early warning method.
Assessment of satellite zone development in Barnaul intermunicipal agglomeration (by the example of Pervomaiskiy district) of Altay krai
Abstract
The article analyzes the socio-economic characteristics of the Barnaul city agglomeration and assesses the level of development of the inter-municipal satellite zone (using the example of Pervomaiskiy district of the Altai krai). The assessment of the level of development of Pervomaiskiy district as a component of the Barnaul agglomeration is based on the methodology of complex analysis by N.A. Trunova. In the course of the work, a database was created and a GIS-model of territorial formations within the Barnaul agglomeration was built. The author has found that, to date, Pervomaisky municipal district is characterized by low development of the territory in the urban agglomeration of Barnaul.
The development of special economic zones in Russia
Abstract
In the article were studied the specifics of the functioning of special economic zones in Russia and identified the problems of their development. The main types of special economic zones were characterized. The analysis of these types was carried out taking into account the requirements for the territory, residents, the volume of capital investments, the applicable tax regime. The activity of special economic zones was evaluated and the conclusion about the current development of special economic zones was made. The obtained results are useful for state bodies in the process of developing and improving measures for the development of special economic zones.
The dynamics of regional disparities of German states and regional policy of Germany, 1992-2017
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of uneven socio-economic development of German states and the role of regional policy in overcoming regional disparities. In the article are described the causes of social and economic inequality between former East (the GDR) and West (the FRG) Germany. The author analyzes the dynamics of regional disparities using The Lorenz Curves and statistical maps based on data about the so-called regional benefits coefficient (a ratio of the cumulative portion of the GRP to the cumulative portion of the population). Other indicators of regional development (GRP per capita, the unemployment rate) are also considered. The main directions of the regional policy of the German Government are characterized. On the basis of the conducted research a general assessment of its efficiency is given.
