Features of the Development of the Telecommunications Market in China
Abstract
The Chinese telecommunications market is the largest in the world in terms of the number of subscribers. The sector has attracted particular attention because of its role in promoting national development, enhancing global competitiveness, and supporting the government's strategic goals. The study is devoted to the analysis of the features of the development of the telecommunications industry in China, which corresponds to broad market prospects and occupies an important place in the national economy. The work examines key trends and evolutionary changes in the Chinese telecommunications market with an emphasis on the development of 5G technologies, provides a forecast for the expansion of the presence of Chinese companies in the satellite ecosystem, and also considers the policy of growth and innovation in the field of telecommunications. In the near term, the Chinese telecommunications sector is projected to grow steadily, driven by the growing penetration of mobile phones, high levels of fixed broadband usage among households, and significant investments in infrastructure, especially in 5G technologies, which are set to redefine the landscape of digital connectivity and innovation.
Digital ruble in international settlements
Abstract
The article analyzes the opportunities and prospects of using the digital ruble in the system of cross-border payments. The article analyzes the key features of the digital ruble as a state digital currency, its advantages in increasing the speed and security of settlements, reducing transaction costs, and ensuring financial transparency. Special attention is paid to its role in diversifying international settlements and reducing dependence on traditional currencies and payment systems. Possible economic and political effects of the introduction of the digital ruble, as well as related challenges, including issues of technological infrastructure, international regulation and cybersecurity. China's experience as a leader in the use of digital currency is also being considered. The article highlights the importance of the digital ruble as a tool for strengthening Russia's economic sovereignty in the face of global digitalization and sanctions pressure.
Russian payment systems under sanctions and their methods of resistance
Abstract
In the context of mounting pressure on the Russian financial sector, the issues of sustainability and adaptation of national payment systems have assumed paramount importance. This article presents an analysis of the methods employed by Russian payment systems in order to mitigate the impact of sanctions. The article examines the role of the key payment system, "Mir", in ensuring Russia's financial independence from SWIFT, as well as the search for alternative partners and markets for integration. It considers possible innovations and strategic steps, including the use of the digital ruble, the development of regional financial alliances and the creation of independent infrastructures for international settlements. Particular attention is paid to the practice of expanding the use of Russian payment systems in friendly countries, as well as measures to strengthen their technological and operational security.
Developing a single monetary and financial system within the framework of international integration: experience and lessons of the European Union
Abstract
Given the focus on national sovereignty and participation in local economic integrations, aiming at the avoidance of negative impact caused by external factors, including the use of third-party currencies (especially the US dollar) in international settlements, there are active discussions about creating a single currency within the framework of integrations. This article examines the experience of the European Union as the most famous and successful association of countries with different levels of development in building a common market and creating a single currency, which eventually became one of the key components of the global financial system. The paper also examines the prerequisites and factors for the development of the single European monetary policy, the strengths and weaknesses of the system at different stages of its formation, the positive and negative impact on the integration countries from participation in the single monetary and financial system, which involves the application of certain strict rules and requirements with the aim to ensure its stability and reliability.
Directions for optimizing business processes in the automotive industry in China
Abstract
The Chinese auto industry is central to the global economy. As the largest automobile manufacturer, China exerts significant influence over global markets by determining key trends and standards in the automotive industry. The study is devoted to the analysis of areas of optimization of business processes in the automotive industry in China. As part of the work, key trends and changes in the Chinese car market in 2024 are investigated, a forecast for the development of the automotive industry in China for 2025 is given, and technological achievements in the development of the Chinese automotive industry are considered. Statistical methods were used to identify the leaders in sales and production of new cars, as well as China's place and share in the global automotive market. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign sources, justifications and main directions of restructuring and modernization of processes in the automotive industry of China are provided.
The main problems of poverty in Russia and Brazil and their solutions
Abstract
The article examines and analyzes the problems of poverty in Russia and Brazil. The purpose of the work is to compare the economies of the two countries and an indicator of the level of poverty in Brazil and Russia as partners in the BRICS. The authors determined the main economic indicators of the studied countries, key problems of poverty. The research question posed in the work: what are the key aspects of poverty in Russia and Brazil, and what measures can be taken to reduce them. The authors present an analysis of the features of the economic development of Brazil and the economy of the Russian Federation and a comparative analysis of poverty in both countries. The essence of the concept of "poverty" is revealed, its causes, features and trends in Brazil and the Russian Federation are revealed. Possible solutions to the identified problems in both countries have been proposed.
