Abstract

The article presents the structuring of 80 working variables characterizing the innovative, socio-economic, ecological and economic potential of the Samara region for the period from 2000 to 2015. Two indicators are considered as resulting variables in this work: the relative volume of innovative goods (%) and the volume of innovative goods, works, services (mln.RUB). On the basis of correlation analysis, developed methodology and software for variable selection regression models of innovation, which ensures the absence of multicollinearity variables. The developed tool allows automatic control of the relationship between the working variables (from 0.7 to 0.95), to obtain a different set of selected working variables.
