Abstract
Petrochemical trends on the diagram «Iron - Magnesium - Calcium» for more than 100 geological objects (volcanic series, plutonic massives, magmatic formations) are considered. It was shown existing of four main types of trends - «olivine - hedenbergite», «hedenbergite - ferryhedenbergite», «hedenbergite - biotite», «olivine - plagioclase». Magmatic melts corresponding to these trends differed by composition and geodynamic position.
