ANALYSIS OF BALANCED PERFORMANCE FROMTHE PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIAL AND INTEGRATED LOGISTICS

In this article from the perspective of social and integrated logistics analyzes the main technical and economic parameters of one of the first companies in the electronics industry of our country - JSC “Optron”. It is shown that in 2002 the company management was carried out its logistics analysis and proposals, following which, the factory will become a highly profitable enterprise. Among the most significant proposals were: optimization of the circuit within the enterprise resource production and commercial unit, the introduction of non-tariff forms of remuneration, etc. This, in particular, by the annual report Shareholders’ Meeting JSC “Optron” for 2013.
