Abstract
The articles is set towards these goals - to explore the place and role of strategic planning in the implementation of infrastructure projects with the help of public-private partnerships in Africa. The article analyses the basic steps of strategic planning at the municipal level, including the identification of problems, identification of stakeholders, designed to solve these problems, obtaining consensus among the various sectors. Considered setting goals, case studies, improvement and coordination of the delivery of services involved in the planning of society and the private sector. Revealing the role of PPPs in infrastructure development and poverty alleviation in African countries.
