Abstract

In article the essence and value of cooperation and integration for development of domestic business reveals. The brief characteristic of existing forms of industrial cooperation is given. The reasons of reduction in efficiency of the created large industrial structures are revealed. For the decision of this problem use of innovative potential of the small and average enterprises is offered. Necessity of creation of the integrated associations on the basis of association of innovative potential of the companies is noted.
