On the state entrepreneurship in the Russian health care

This article discusses the problems of state-owned enterprises on the market of medical services related to the low efficiency of public enterprise sector organizations. The main purpose of this issue is to identify the ways to improve efficiency of the state entrepreneurship in the health sector with the definition of the features of its analysis. The author defines the goals and objectives of public health facilities in quality medical services in Russia.
