Abstract

Problems of modern aircraft production take on a new character in a constantly changing geopolitical situation. The Aircraft industry as a catalyst for the development of national high-tech production requires special attention as a source of potential new quality of economic growth for the Russian economy. The article examines the options for rules change of competition, technology transfer and conditions of participation in production/supply chains in the framework of global aerospace industry, which could potentially raise the issue of the impossibility of functioning of the Russian civil aviation within already established production systems.
