The hypothesis that aging — the result of co-evolution of man and cereals

Abstract

This work is the starting point for a series of studies in the field of evolution and ecology of human aging. The author suggested the hypothesis that in man occurred selection genes that are involved in disease development, the aging characteristic (hypertension, malignant tumors, diabetes second form, atherosclerosis, etc.). An important role in the mechanism of the impact of aging plays a protein cereals on the human body. It is shown that a strict diet bezzalkovaya 2.5 months resulted in normalization of blood pressure and reduction in fat mass in a group of 11 elderly people suffering from hypertension. The author discusses the mechanism of the effect of protein on the development of hypertension cereals, the second form of diabetes, atherosclerosis, cataracts and cancer in older age groups.
