Research work on studying of level of psychophysiological adaptation of students of first-year students of different specialties is carried out. On selection of 139 students the mental, psycho-emotional condition and a condition of cardiovascular system of students of the Russian university of friendship of the people was studied. Results of research testify that psycho - the emotional pressure of students of the first year of different faculties, is shown both on mental, and on psychophysiological levels. At psychophysiological level of change are observed in changes of parameters of a cardiorhythm which are most brightly expressed at the end of the academic year.

This article analyzes the position of researchers that investigates problems of professional self-determination in the process of professional development. It can be noted that in the process of professional development before a person is constantly having problems, requiring a definition of its relation to the professions, sometimes analysis and reflection of their own professional achievements, the decision about choosing a career or changing, updating and correction of career decisions of other professionally-related issues. The entire complex of problems explain the concept of professional self-determination.

Own results of research on a condition of brainwork workers’ professional adaptation are presented in article. The general selection of research made 172 employees who represented different professional groups: lectures, staff of financial and information services of three higher education institutions of Moscow and Yelets. The analysis of the obtained data revealed low level of adaptation processes at the staff of financial services. Teachers of universities showed the average level of adaptability. The best results on adaptedness level in the professional sphere it was noted at employees of information services. Proceeding from the received results, some preventive and correctional approaches for improvement of adaptation processes among workers of brainwork are offered.

In article the scientific review on ways of an assessment and increase of level of a resistance to stress is submitted. It is shown in particular that more than 50% of death of the person at the present stage it is connected with defeat of cardiovascular system which sensitively reacts to a complex of factors of environment. Some methods which are used widely in practice on decrease in influence a stress of factors and stress resistance increase are shown.

In offered article rises difficulties of professional adaptation and employment of postgraduates of higher education institutions depending on form of education. Theoretical bases of research of this perspective are given. Initial concepts of human adaptation are shown. The problem of motivation of the personality to educational activity, and as specific typological features of the person is described.

Research work on studying a state of health and psychophysical development of schoolboys of Moscow in the conditions of different level of technogenic environmental pollution is carried out. On selection of 415 pupils it is revealed that the most expressed negative effect of the increased anthropogenesis environmental pollution is shown in change of indicators of function of external breath. Results of the analysis of hemodynamic indicators of the schoolboys showed negative influence of technogenic pollution of atmospheric air on a functional condition of cardiovascular system as one of leading physiological systems of adaptation. It is noted that during functional test diastonic and hypotonic types of reaction of cardiovascular system arose at schoolgirls of ecologically unsuccessful district of Moscow (South-East) more often.

In an article are submitted data on monitoring of a water condition and drinking mode of the city of Yelets. The short epidemiological characteristic on incidence of digestive organs of urban population is given. Are submitted data on quality of waters of springs and the city rivers. Research of a condition of physical and chemical properties and the content of heavy metals of the rivers and springs of the city are characterized by acceptable risk as concerning development of cancerogenic, and not cancerogenic effects.

Article is devoted what socially to country development. Difficulties, which faced the republic of Bangladesh on the way of the development, are shown. Some statistical data on the basic ecological and to socio-economic indexes of development of a state are provided.

In this paper, we look into the goals and objectives of the project construction and exploitation of the oil pipeline Chad - Cameroon through the territory of Cameroon. The main focus is on aspects of ecological risks due to the exploitation of the oil pipeline. Social and economic characteristics of this project are studied.
