Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the principles and mechanisms of Russian population life quality management. The mechanism of the state management is examined as a cybernetics system with the return connections. As the purpose of the management the life quality of the population is proposed. The method of life quality index calculation based on the specific indicators of life quality is told. The choice of the indicators corresponding to the demands of information completeness and reliability is motivated.
