Abstract
Work is executed within the limits of innovative educational program (IEP) and expands a circle of the questions mentioned in the manual «Modern Principles of Ecological Diagnostics of Natural and Anthropogenous Systems Condition». In the state-of-the-art review ecological and economic methods of ecological premises safety estimation and tendencies of their use are considered at formation of market cost of objects of the real estate.
