Abstract

The authors actualize the concept of “health” through complex of requirements actual legal and regulatory framework, which controls and regulates the issues of public health, in particular children and adolescents. Analysis of the incidence is mediated by a combination of factors, based on an assessment of the environmental situation of the city of Chelyabinsk and of the conditions of the educational environment.
