Abstract

The interaction of civilizations is studied by the different areas of political science, and the significant achievements in this area have been reached due to the neorealism and neoliberalism. Actualization of the problems of political modernization and the spread of the Western values in traditional societies led to the formation and development of theories of civilizations' clash and interaction. Conceptualization of civilizational discourse generates heuristic concepts to predict the processes of stabilization and destabilization.
