Abstract

The prognostic value of the expression Ki-67, ММР-9 and collagen IV in urotelial bladder tumors were estimated. The biopsy and surgery samples from 43patients (27males and 16 females) aged from 42 till 87 years (average age 66 ± 1,5 years) who received combined therapy for urotelial tumors were analyzed. It has been found that Ki-67, ММР-9 and collagen IV are important prognostic markers of urotelial invasive bladder carcinoma (BC).
