Abstract
The article deals with the international image of the leader of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who owns the famous post-Soviet Eurasian idea, proposed on a new basis of formation and development of the Commonwealth of Independent States. This year marks 20 years since the historic lecture of the President of Kazakhstan in Moscow State University. MV University, which was announced by the idea of creating the Eurasian Economic Union. In this regard, the need to settle into her new ideology as intrastate and interstate relations in the post-Soviet space. Simultaneously, the authors asked a fair question - why Kazakhstan is one of the first in the former Soviet Union proposed the idea of the Eurasian Economic, who received a convincing answer to the article associated with a number of vital factors. Later in the article notes that the new economic idea NA Nazarbayev is very different from the previous integration of ideas and forms of directions. It is no coincidence, according to the authors, this idea was the head of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the post-attractive not only for the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, but also to non-CIS countries - India, Vietnam, Turkey and others. And here, as pointed out in the article, plays an important role volunteerism. No one, under any circumstances, according to the authors, should not force any country to join the Eurasian Economic Union of CIS countries. In this regard, the article emphasizes that it is confidential law and the internal decision of each nation, each country.
