Аннотация

В статье предпринята попытка дать ответ на вопрос о том, возможно ли найти согласованные основы по обоснованию права на здоровье в качестве категории прав человека, закрепленной на уровне международного права. Основное внимание уделяется анализу теории прав человека, основанной на общественном интересе и служащей концептуальной основой права на здоровье.
