The article focuses on the analysis of the theory of human rights, which is based on the public interest and serves as the conceptual basis of the right to health.В статье предпринята попытка дать ответ на вопрос о том, возможно ли найти согласованные основы по обоснованию права на здоровье в качестве категории прав человека, закрепленной на уровне международного права.
