Article contains theoretical and practical analysis of the criminal law, connected with clause «o» article 63 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation enforcement, in the aggregate with the criminal law corruption struggle regulations.

This article is devoted to analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating the procedure the control of notarial acts, and to develop suggestions for their improvement.
