Computer study at the option to optimum design vibration damper Insertions in holder turning incisor
Abstract
In article is considered influence to designs vibration damper insertions in holder turning incisor on value of the compliant worker end of the cutting plate under static loading, at thermal and static loading, on the first resonance frequency of the own rippling and amplitude of the compelled rippling of the top of the cutting plate incisor.

Increase of efficiency cutting machining of cold-resistant steels by automatic calculation of the rational cutting modes
Abstract
Researches of influence of cutting parameters (speed of cutting, cutter feed and cutting depth ) on cutting power are considered at edge cutting machining of a cold-resistant steel 10GNB. On the basis of researches multifactorial models of firmness of the cutting tool are received. By the received results REZMET the technique and system of the automated calculation is developed for definition of optimum cutting parameters of cold-resistant steels.

The investigation of quartz ceramics specimen hardness and roughness as a function of surface imperfection
Abstract
Studies on the evaluation of quartz glass ceramics NIASIT (SiO2) hardness with the use of electronic microhardness tester have been conducted. 3D patterns of specimen surface topography and profiles at the specified cross-sections are given. The dependence of quartz ceramics hardness on the burning temperature and porosity is shown.

Irregular ice torque and machines traction quality
Abstract
The analysis of engine torque irregularity influence on the decrease of traction properties of a car and necessity of irregularity reduction is reported in the article. The possibility of engine torque irregularity reduction by crankshaft crankpins angular arrangement optimization is shown. The calculated optimization results are for 2Ч 8,6/7,7 engine.

Operation features of two-stage injection proces in diesiel fuel system
Abstract
This work is dedicated to phase fuel injection research and double-spring injectors of diesel engines design analysis. It is known that preliminary fuel injection in diesel engines leads to noise reduction but at the same time soot emission increase noted. Article contains design analysis of injectors with two needles, application of which is perspective and effective in domestic diesel engines.
