The main aspects of management of social hotels in the hotel business

Abstract

Many experts in the sphere of management of the hotel business say the common point of view on the problems which keep back the development of the hotel industry as a whole and its separate sectors in particular. Many of them, such as unregulation of operations with land, high cost of property, administrative barriers keep back the formation of the social hotels. At the same time, specificity of activity of a social hotel, from the authors point of view, stimulates to consider social hotels as an object of the state management.
