On the Corporate Systems Transformations in the Developing Countries since the Effective Private Sector Formation (The Case of India)

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of corporate systems formation in the developing countries, in particular in India under transition from the basic industrialization to the contemporary market system. This experience could be of great interest for Russian economy modernization.
