Abstract

Scientific substantiation of rationing of drugs is now the most important area of military health care. The basic scientific principles of forecasting of demands for drugs and their regulations, developed by one of the founders of the Pharmaceutical management School T.I. Toltsman is still relevant today. This is due to priority of Health care and medical assistance in the complex of measures of social support for military personnel and other categories of citizens who are entitled to medical care at Health Units of Russian Ministry of Defense.
