Abstract

This article analyzes the main priorities of Russian-Kazakh cooperation under the new historical conditions. Primary attention is paid to understanding the new forms of integration between Russia and Kazakhstan, which is a Eurasian in its history and existence, because they belong to the Eurasian civilization. Simultaneously, the article analyzes the fact that the history of relations between Russia and Kazakhstan in the last twenty years has many examples of mutually beneficial, long-term cooperation, which is created between the two countries is largely a joint approach to the political, economic, social, international, etc. Development. All these problems have received in-depth analysis in this article, and the author considers the main directions of Russian-Kazakh cooperation, starting from the first years of the 1990s to the present day. At the same time the author emphasizes that despite the positive aspects of this cooperation, the status and content of finding relationships in Russia and Kazakhstan in the Commonwealth of Independent States in the last 20 years, raises many issues that are currently waiting for their decision. In this regard, the article stresses that the content of the modern Russian economic cooperation is not always coincide with the statements and the desire of both countries. The process of integration was restrained and constrained at present by the presence of many factors that got in this paper a detailed analysis.
