BASIC CONCEPTS AND PROBLEMS OF THE RELATIONAL PARADIGM

WHAT IS TIME?

Kartashov A.S.

Abstract

We discuss a phenomenological view on the problem of time in the context of the cosmological problem. Based on the concept of time as a force similar to gravity, created by the deformation of the past in the field of view of a modern observer, it is shown that the Universe is a binary system in which one part, hidden behind the time horizon, inevitably affects the second - the visible one. The physical content of the concept of time is the key to understanding the nature of hidden matter and the acceleration of the Universe.

PHILOSOPHICAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF QUANTUM MECHANICS “STATE” AND “TIME” IN THE TREATISE OF W. HEISENBERG'S “REALITY AND ITS ORDER”

Rybakova I.A.

Abstract

W. Heisenberg's treatise “Reality and its order” is a philosophical work of a scientist and philosopher and reflects the totality of his views on various aspects of reality. In this article, the author attempts to analyze the central concepts of quantum mechanics, “state” and “time”, as well as to determine how relevant the ideas of the treatise may be in the world of modern natural science. This point seems especially important, given the time of writing the treatise (no later than 1942), which gives reason to recall the philosophical foundations on which physics rests, and give them a new interpretation that meets modern challenges. The article shows the need to build modern physics on the principles of metaphysics, that is, to study the subject of physics from the position that the world has a metaphysical basis. Statements about the nature of time by various authors are given: from ancient natural philosophers (Aristotle) to medieval thinkers (Augustine, Grossetest), as well as modern researchers (A.Yu. Sevalnikov, Yu.S. Vladimirov, V.D. Zakharov), etc.

RELATIONAL SUBSTANTIATION OF THE HUBBLE LAW

Molchanov A.B.

Abstract

In recent years, within the framework of the relational approach to the description of space-time and physical interactions, a number of studies have been carried out to substantiate cosmological effects. It has been shown that the cosmological redshift and the cosmic microwave background may be the result of contributions from emitted but not absorbed radiation. However, until now, Hubble’s law has not been fully derived on the basis of only relational ideas. In this paper, this conclusion is presented and the Hubble parameter is calculated in the modern era. For this, the contributions of the pulses of the emitted but not absorbed radiation to the pulse of a distant astronomical object (cluster of galaxies) are considered. It is shown that taking these contributions into account leads to the linear Hubble law.

PROBLEMS OF GEOMETRIC AND FIELD THEORETICAL PARADIGMS

ON THE PARADOXES ASSOCIATED WITH A CHANGE IN THE REFERENCE SYSTEM

Belinsky A.V., Shulman M.H.

Abstract

In 1905, Einstein’s fundamental article [1] was published, the fundamental laws of the theory of relativity were discovered, including the clock paradox. These discoveries led to revolutionary changes in physics, including astrophysics. We show the close relationship of this discipline with the so-called quantum nonlocality. It manifests itself in the highlighted role of the light cone, in the concepts of precedence and correlation between distant events, in the ideas of long-range and short-range interactions, in the paradoxes of quantum interactions at a distance, in apparent violations of causality during the birth of black holes, in the instantaneous occurrence of inertial forces arising in accordance with Mach’s principle.

STRONGLY VIOLATED SCALE INVARIANCE OF SPACE-TIME (QUANTUM-MECHANICAL ASPECT)

Frolov B.N.

Abstract

The hypothesis that the Universe in its evolution exhibits, to one degree or another, strongly violated scale invarianceis discussed. The fundamental group of space-time now is not the Poincaré group, but the Poincaré-Weyl group. In case with a very high probability a particle is found near its classical trajectory, but there is an extremely small (but nonetheless nonzero!) probability of detecting this particle far from its classical trajectory, providing quantum mechanical nonlocality both in space and in time. The considerations presented here, in their further study, may lead to the formulation of a new interpretation of quantum mechanics. А possible change in Planck’s constant over time is discussed.

ON THE POSSIBLE IMPACT OF THE SPACE OF A HOMOGENEOUS UNIVERSE ON THE MOVEMENT OF LOCAL MATERIAL OBJECTS AND THE QUANTITATIVE VALUES OF THEIR CHARACTERISTICS

Krechet V.G., Oshurko V.B.

Abstract

The influence of the space of a homogeneous slowly rotating Universe on the properties of local material objects described by the Dirac equation is studied. It is shown that as a result, the features of the local motion of spinor particles are significantly manifested, and the appearance of their mass can be induced, which can be considered as a clear manifestation of the operation of the Mach principle, which is one of the components of the relational paradigm.

THE PROBLEM OF UNDERSTANDING THE UNIVERSAL SPECTRA OF PERIODS

UNIVERSAL PERIODS SPECTRUM IN THE PARAMETERS OF SOME ASTROPHYSICAL SYSTEMS

Panchelyuga V.A., Panchelyuga M.S.

Abstract

The paper considers the coincidence of the universal periods spectrum found in fluctuations of various nature processes with the spectra of some astrophysical systems: rotational periods of asteroids, periods of binary stars systems, and periods found in the spectra of astrophysical masers. Existence of the spectrum on such different scales, from terrestrial to astrophysical, suggests some global synchronization, which may be based on the Mach principle.

PHYSICS OF NUMERICAL RELATIONSHIPS

Müller H.

Abstract

An approach to the problem of stability of systems of a large number of bound periodic processes is proposed, based on the physical interpretation of certain statements of number theory. Possible applications of this approach to the physics of planetary systems, astrophysics, elementary particle physics and biophysics are considered.

THE DOMININT OF HOLISM IN HUMAN NATURE

THE EARTH AS A SINGLE LIVING ORGANISM WITH A GEODYNAMIC MECHANISM OF SELF-REGULATION

Paraev V.V.

Abstract

The question is raised about the motivation and driving forces of evolution. All global processes in the geospheres are closely interrelated with each other. Essentially, the energy exchange between geospheres (including volcanic eruptions) characterizes and reflects the form of planetary metabolism by the type of homeostasis. Global processes of material exchange are a universal mechanism for regulating the planet as a self-developing thermodynamic system “Earth”.

GENETIC CODING SYSTEM ANDALGEBRAIC HOLOGRAPHY

Petoukhov S.V.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the structural features of the molecular genetic coding system. These features in their matrix representation turn out to be conjugate with the matrix structures of algebraic holography, which have long been used in digital informatics. The relationship between ensembles of genetic structures and bit-reversing holography, split-quaternions, and the Poincaré disk model of hyperbolic motions is described. This connection leads to well-known works on quantum holographic noise-immune codes and makes it possible to comprehend the facts of the realization of hyperbolic geometry in genetically inherited macrophysiological phenomena.

FOUNDATIONS OF MATHEMATICS

OWN PROPERTIES AND SELF-ORGANIZATION NATURAL SYSTEMS

Balakshin O.B.

Abstract

The problem of self-organization of natural systems of Nature and its connection with the self-development of living systems is investigated. In the history of science there is no law devoted to this fundamental problem. However, the grandiose purposeful achievements of Nature testify that it exists. The peculiarity of this work is that it includes a chain of known facts, the unknown interconnection of the links of which, according to the author, follows the problem of self-organization of natural systems. The prevailing one-dimensional tendency for a long time to explain all problems solely on materialistic grounds turned out to be not always objective and therefore ineffective. The restoration of the multidimensional role of metaphysics, established by the monograph by Yu.S. Vladimirov, removed many restrictions. This allowed us to explore and connect the limiting cases, limiting ourselves to a sequence of well-known information-logical generalizations: Hegel’s dialectic, I. Kant’s a priori knowledge, M.A. Marutaeva, Leonardo da Vinci’s phenomenon of the golden section, L. Euler’s eigenvalues and D.I. Mendeleev.

A REAL NUMBER AS ONE OF THE STATES OF ITS ABSOLUTE VALUE

Godarev-Lozovsky M.G.

Abstract

The article raises the following question. How to explain the equivalence of the whole set of real numbers and its correct part? Our most general conceptual answer to the question posed: the whole infinite set |А| and its correct part |В| can be equivalent only in the case of the existence of an equally powerful set |C| , the elements of the system of which are in a state of superposition with respect to the elements of the sets |A| and |B|. The universal principle of the superposition of the module of a real number is formulated and justified: the absolute and variable magnitude of any real number is in a state of superposition with respect to the numerical line and the effect of the mathematical system of absolute quantities is the set of all real numbers.
