Аннотация

Статья посвящена проблеме конституционного права Соединенных Штатов Америки, связанной с наличием значительного объема неотъемлемых и подразумеваемых полномочий президента США. Исследуя юридическое и историческое происхождение института американской президентуры, автор дает анализ причин возникновения указанных полномочий, их взаимодействия с явными полномочиями президента, местом в правовой системе страны, соотношением с конституционным принципом разделения властей.
