Аннотация

Статья посвящена проблеме дефицита правомерности современного международного права. Автор дает определение понятию «правомерность» применительно к международному праву, выделяет и анализирует элементы правомерности, оценивает полномочия различных субъектов международных отношений с точки зрения правомерности. В статье выражается обеспокоенность автора недостаточной правомерностью современного международного права в целом, а особенно в деятельности международных организаций и институтов глобального управления.
