Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются воззрения американских политических экспертов, рекомендующих использовать военную силу исключительно в рамках самообороны и при условии прямого военного нападения на территорию США. В исследовании вводится в научный оборот новый термин «оборонщики» для характеристики указанной группы авторов, даются четкие критерии отнесения экспертов к группе «оборонщиков». Статья оценивает перспективы практического воплощения идей «оборонщиков».
