Аннотация

Статья посвящена эволюции статуса Индии - от реципиента к крупнейшему новому донору программ международной помощи. Показаны механизмы администрирования индийской помощи, а также географическая и отраслевая структура проектов, финансируемых Индией в рамках программ международной помощи. Особый акцент сделан на участие Индии в сотрудничестве по линии «Юг-Юг» в рамках ряда межрегиональных организаций.
