Аннотация

В данной статье рассматриваются малоизвестные эпизоды неформального советcко-американского Дартмутского диалога в эпоху «холодной войны». Анализируется потенциал данного канала обмена информацией и его роль в Карибском кризисе и подписании Договора о частичном запрете ядерных испытаний от 5 августа 1963 года.
