Аннотация

Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу инвестиционной политики ОАЭ и ИРИ в африканских странах в контексте внешнеполитической деятельности. Показаны основные подходы и схемы, применяемые инвестиционными структурами ОАЭ и ИРИ в различных сферах экономики для достижения успеха в Африке. Специально рассмотрен кластерный принцип стратегии диверсификации, обеспечивающий трансформацию ОАЭ из слаборазвитой страны, полностью зависевшей от экспорта нефти, в государство с диверсифицированной экономикой.
