Abstract
In article the major factors defining stability of the enterprises of electrical power branch are considered. On the basis of the conducted theoretical researches and the analysis of financial performance of the enterprises of the electricity sector there is a specification and consideration of internal and external factors of stability and their value for the company now. The main emphasis in article is placed on management of organizational innovations, and also on feature of their introduction. Following the results of article conclusions which represent practical value for the enterprises of electrical power branch have been drawn.
