Abstract

In the article "information" is considered as one of major factors of modern market structures. It is analyzed asymmetry of its manifestation at all stages of implementation of the investment project. The assessment of concrete forms of manifestation of asymmetry of information in relationship of the enterprise customer and the investor is carried out.
